The limited warranties applicable to products sold by Lanigan Performance Products. Lanigan Performance Products makes no warranties for the manufacturer of the products sold. Such products are warranted by the manufacturer of said product, if any, is provided by the original manufacturer, not by Lanigan Performance Products. Lanigan Performance Products makes no express warranties except those stated in Lanigan Performance Products applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice, packing slip or acknowledgement. Warranties will be effective, and Lanigan Performance Products will be obligated to honor any such warranties, only upon Lanigan Performance Products receipt of payment in full for the item to be warranted.

Lanigan Performance Products prides itself on selling quality products, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, contact Lanigan Performance Products at the toll free number or by email. We will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. Ship the product back for a refund of the purchase price or exchange the product for another of equal value. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, not the shipping costs incurred for the return of the product or shipping of the exchanged product. No restocking fees are charged.

Manufacturers Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
