AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS
THE SYNTHETIC-BASED METAL CONDITIONER FOR THE ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE WHEN ADDED WITH SYNTHETIC OIL
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW: AUTOMOTIVE, MOTORCYCLE AND TWO-CYCLE APPLICATIONS
WHAT IS MILITEC-1?
MILITEC-1 is a chemically-reacted synthetic-based hydrocarbon derivative metal conditioner containing a unique stable carbon chain length and high molecular weight properties that conditions and protects metal surfaces with a constant synthetic-based
impregnated molecular bond. MILITEC-1 contains synthetic ester base stocks, anti-wear additives, anti-oxidants, extreme pressure compounds, halogenated hydrocarbons and a natural anti-corrosion system. This anti-corrosion system is incorporated during the
synthesis process and is organically bound during the proprietary chemical reactor process. MILITEC-1 has a viscosity equal to a SAE 10 weight oil that is clear in appearance. MILITEC-1 contains no solids, PTFE's, solvents, metals, fluorine, zinc,
molybdenum disulfide, graphite, viscosity enhancers, chlorinated paraffins, carrier oils, and does not require agitation before use. MILITEC-1 is also non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-combustible and has been approved environmentally on board U.S. Navy submarines in the limited usage category.
WHAT MILITEC-1 DOES?
MILITEC-1 protects metal surfaces with a straight-chain synthetic impregnated molecular bond which will not alter any tolerances inside of engines, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases or power steering units. The impregnated molecular bond means that a chemical reaction occurs between MILITEC- 1 and the molecular structure of the metal at 100°F in low friction and load conditions and 150°F in higher temperature and load conditions, resulting in MILITEC-1 combining with the metal and then becoming part of the metal itself. Once MILITEC-1 becomes part of the metal, the stiffness of the surface and the micro-pores of the metal (not the hardness) are strengthened dramatically. The results are that the molecular structure of the metal is stiffer, constantly
lubricated and hence strengthened. The combination of a stiffer metal structure that also has increased lubricity results in the load-bearing surfaces operating more efficiently, generating less heat and wear within all frictional points inside mechanical equipment.
In climates, as low as -75°°F, MILITEC-1 will continue to lubricate and protect the metal since the synthetic molecular bonding that has previously been impregnated inside the molecular structure of the metal results in the components remaining constantly
lubricated on the molecular level without leaving a film that would normally thicken and turn semi-solid to solid.
Benefits of MILITEC-1:
- 24-hour lubrication;
- Reduced temperatures to the engine, transmission and differential;
- Increased power using the same fuel;
- Reduces oxidation, thermal decomposition, corrosion and wear;
- Less energy required from the battery during start-ups in all weather conditions;
- Remains impregnated inside the metal even after oil changes, fuel and combustion contamination of the vehicle lubricants;
- Reduces material build-up on the metal surfaces since the metal remains constantly strengthened and lubricated which helps shield against corrosive acidic compounds, insoluble gums, lacquers, varnish, contaminants and wear metals attacking and cementing those compounds to the metal.
AUTOMOTIVE, MOTORCYCLE AND TWO-CYCLE OILS
Most oils bathe and coat the engine and transmission surfaces to produce an adequate oil film thickness which, through frictional force and resultant heat produces a condition where several molecules thick are formed and then absorbed through physical (not
chemical) attraction onto the interacting rotational surfaces. This condition is a non-impregnating film that only provides lubrication to the engine and transmission when the oil is in constant circulation. When conditions exist where there is a lack of constant lubrication, this can increase the yield stress at the asperity interaction surface areas. This condition is especially critical in hot and cold starts and extreme operating conditions. This is the period of time when constant impregnated lubrication is essential to reduce wear at these critical contact areas. These oils can also attract and hold, in fluid suspension, contaminants that can interact between the absorbed molecules and the oil to form a grease-like compound that can be cemented and lodged inside the engine including reducing the free flow of oil through oil passage lines and oil galleries, causing increased friction, heat and oxidation, resulting in greater wear and increased vehicle maintenance.
SUMMARY
MILITEC-1 can improve efficiency, extend engine, transmission, vehicle component life, reduce down-time and help protect against unscheduled maintenance. MILITEC-1 improves the "bottom line" by reducing fuel consumption, reducing maintenance
costs, and extending the life of equipment.

My 1992 Lincoln Mark VII with a 5.0HO motor, 5speed Tremec transmission and a 200hp NOS plate system which has been on it the past 50,000 miles, which I have been using MILITEC-1 in since 1992. The bottom end of the motor has never been touched and has over 133,000 miles on it, I ran a compression check on it at 132,000 miles and every cylinder was between 145 to 150 psi.
This is extremely good since it has towed a lot of cars, even a Mustang SVO from Maryland to Florida and seen a lot of time at the race track on the nitrous.

This graph shows 250HP on the motor and around 400HP on the nitrous at the rear wheels of my car with over 121,000 miles on it, and the clutch started slipping real bad between 4500RPM and 5,000RPM on the Nitrous.
